Because we sell perishable food products, we follow a strict and clear refund policy to maintain safety and hygiene standards.


1. Refund Eligibility

Refunds or replacements are provided only if:

  • The wrong product was delivered

  • The product was damaged during transit

  • The product is spoiled or bad upon arrival


2. Not Eligible for Refund

We do not offer refunds or replacements for:

  • Personal taste preferences

  • Minor variations in color or texture

  • Courier delays or transit time

  • Customs delays for international deliveries

  • Incorrect address provided by the customer

  • Shipping charges (non-refundable)


3. Proof Required

To request a refund or replacement:

  • Provide clear photos/videos of the issue

  • Notify us within 24 hours of receiving the product

Requests submitted after 24 hours cannot be processed.


4. No Returns

Due to the nature of food products and hygiene guidelines, products cannot be returned once delivered.


5. International Orders

For international orders:
Refunds or replacements depend on shipping feasibility and customs rules.
Some locations may not support replacements due to logistics.
